Tuesday 21st MayIs this even running anymore?
Tuesday 21st MayHowever my legs didn't really get the message, they are working....just. And it seems to be pure autopilot at this point. My speed is slow and to be honest i'm not really sure i can call it running at this point. Its more like one really long drawn out stumble before i crash out at home.

This years Eurovision entry from croatia has proven to be a regular pick me up, a combination of guitars and drums help those feet move a little quicker. Quite a lot quicker actually.
The UK jazz influence band won the mercury music prize in 2023. This song has got the perfect flow to keep the strides going.
One Third Done
Thursday 16th May Project Management 101. Do not underestimate a task. A solid rule i think we can all agree, however not one that i have taken on board. We are now on day three and i have completed 5 of my 15 runs, and well this is going to be hard. Once i'm out running all isn't too back, but for the daytime, ive now started sounding like a theremin, with all kinds of different pitched oohs and aaahhhs escaping from my body.
Day 1 - PM 6.27km
Day 2 - AM - 6.31km
Day 2 - PM - 6.30km
Day 3 - AM - 6.42km

Tuesday 14th MayGetting Back on the .... Path
Monday 8th Apr For reasons that i can't quite explain, when signing up to this challenge i decided to set a target of running 100km. It sounded like a nice round figure and i just wanted to get signed up before i had too much time to think about it. Then i did have time to think about it and i realised that would mean running around 10km per day.I have previously run 10k races so the distance isn't the worry here, more that i would have to do it day after day when i haven't done any sort of running like that in a good 4-5 years. So here i am a bit older, a bit rounder and definitely not any mature-er trying to work out how big of a mistake a target of 100km actually is.
Test result 1 - 5km run, time 34:11. A good start but will i be able to run again tomorrow. i'm not so optimistic. Share
